Placed an order and received confirmation that delivery would be made on 1/06. No delivery made and no reason given. It's been a week now and still no delivery and no reason given. Tracking just states missed delivery, leave at SDO. Absolutely no communication from Staples. Checked with Staples and still no reason why they refuse to deliver. Will never buy anything from Staples again.
Terrible return policy that is not disclosed at time of purchase. Must return any office supplies which includes printers and ink within 14 days. Day 15 you will be offered one third of what you paid. I said I would take store credit since it was day 19. I am a teacher and will never shop at Staples again. I have since warned colleagues and relatives to avoid shopping at Staples. Too bad. They had some decent deals. Shop Walmart or Office Depot. If they go out of business, their lousy customer service likely contributed.

I used to use the Staples Self-Service in printing some graphics that I design, these prints were color proofs of the work I do. On the Self-Serve copiers there was a time at my local store that the 11x17 paper size was a great smooth 28# paper stock. It showed off the color bright and was not so light as some of the other paper stocks. Most recent the 11x17 is now a CHEAP 20# paper stock that is not smooth, the fibers can be felt...terrible product. But...of course they don't even SELL the quality papers, the 28# paper stock that actually prints the project right. Maybe I could buy the nice paper and print a great product...of course not. Wise Up you half rated company, get your act together Monaca Store in Pennsylvania!!!!! Not your employees, they are great, it is your stupid policy to do everything on the low side even low your prices could use a better paper product. I am ashamed of how you do business. The way of the world...very disappointed in your NO QUALITY attitude.
COO First Approach EA Worksite Wellness LLC has been a rewards member for a number of years. Staples is my go to store for most items needed to maintain the firm. Prices with the rewards discounts are a grand deal.
Based of the reviews, I guess it depends on the Staples location. We have gotten nothing but good products and services from our store and online.

Worse place to shop from ever! Stick to Rayman. Customer service is so poor. They are poorly trained and don’t understand. Seems like they just like taking money. Til today I haven’t received my refund. Stay away! I don’t understand how this place is still operating.
I bought an item from Staples.com and had to return it. UNLIKE THE OTHER WEBSITES I HAVE USED, Staples does not print its own return label. Rather, you have to WAIT 24 HOURS to receive an email from UPS in order to return the item.

Not only did they remove paid for items from my original order I tried doing separate orders and apparently they can send my products that should have already been delivered to a third party in which now I'm supposed to wait for them to call to set up a delivery time to my address that they delivered other items to I'm beyond pissed ????and annoyed with the stupity of this company and no excuses other than they are sorry Just Deliver my items! Or send me my money back will never shop them again and will tell all my family and friends never to as well

I've received excellent, courteous and professional help in the area of using their computer in order to print photographs from my email to their printing. My familiarity to computers outside of my own, so from time to time I've needy assistsnce. The staff in the printing/computer area have been very helpful and quite understanding with this 78 year old woman with limited knowledge of computers. My thanks to all of them.
Amazing customer service. Great quality of a print at a reasonable price! Will go back again for all my prints! They look phenomenal and I always get my print/prints within a couple days of my purchase. Thank you staples! For making my business work!
FORGET BUYING HERE. Saw an item online and it showed it was in stock at my local store. So ordered it for pickup. Got there and it's not in stock and was told to order it online. Clerk cancelled order. Online showed it in stock and delivery in 2 days. So I tried ordering it online. The day AFTER it was supposed to be delivered I was notified it was backordered and would come in a MONTH!. Cancelled order, got my item somewhere else and turned out it was a better model and cheaper!
Placed an order on Jan 13, 2021, and while I was putting the order in, their website was informing me that delivery would be next day 1-14-21. I did not receive my order, and began tracking my order on 1-18-21. Tracking was indicating that the package was lost. I contacted a customer service rep through their online chat feature. I was assured that the package would deliver next day by 5pm. Today is now 1-21-21, and my order has still not been delivered. I have had at least 6 chats with different customer service reps and 1 supervisor. Everyone continues to assure me that my order will be delivered "tomorrow by 5pm". "Tomorrow" never really seems to come. It has been an extremely frustrating experience, and it's just 2 items: Printer & Toner cartridge. If the items do not show up for delivery tomorrow (1-22-21), I'll be cancelling the order at Staples, and contacting my credit card company to file a non-delivery claim with them. In looking through other reviews on this site, Staples.com seems to be experiencing a lot of similar issues. I know I'll be avoiding Staples as a supplier from here on out.
Bought laptop that was open box..timonium md store. Did not work.
Manager Ty was rude, obnoxious and extremely disrespectful.
Would not accept return and when asked for her supervisor info she lied in writing and gave me phone number for warranty company.
Should be fired.
Tracked customer service myself who 2 days later who agreed to refund but still has after 2 more days has not yet been processed on my charge card. Apparently staples has cashflow problems beyond hiring rude and vengeful employees.
Beware of this most difficult sham of a corporate rip off.
